Acom Distributors offers shipping throughout Pakistan, for all its product line.In-Stock products are shipped the same day upon confirmation of payment. We use Daewoo's express service, along with TCS and Speedex for most cities. Bank charges and delivery charges will be as actual

We stand behind the promises we make, however, and will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of customer information collected in the past without the consent of affected customers

We are totally against spam emails. At Acom.pk, we take your private information very seriously, and fully understand how frustrating it can get while receiving unsolicited emails from other companies repeatedly. We store your information on our secure servers and in any case we will not sell or disclose your information to other companies.

Returns & Replacements
Refunds or Exchanges We exchange if any product has manufacturing fault, broken or scratched, only at the time of purchase.Original box and all accessories should be returned as well.If the item is dispatched to you in different city then we will provide the Exchange and the shipping cost which our customer will bear to send us back.
Warranty procedures and policies vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Please consult your product manufacturer’s website for more information on warranty policies or ask us for details.In general, warranty does not cover the following:Accessories, supply items and consumables (e.g. batteries and printer cartridges), and structural parts (e.g. frames and covers)Software, including the operating system and software, third-party software, or the reloading of softwareExternal causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical powerServicing not authorized by ManufacturerUsage that is not in accordance with product instructionsFailure to follow the product instructions or failure to perform preventive maintenanceProblems caused by using accessories, parts, or components not supplied/approved by ManufacturerProducts with missing or altered Service Tags or serial numbersAcom Distributors acts as a reseller/retailer and warranties are only covered by the actual manufactures.Warranty period starts from the date of invoice and will be covered to the date of expiry. Warranty period is clearly indicated on the invoice.If a warranty claim is made at a time when the same product is no longer available, the customer will be required to pay the difference amount for the current product or model.All warranty claims are sorted out usually within first 10-12 working days. Outbound warranties take a longer period since they need to be claimed from the nearest location such as Singapore, Dubai.ORIGNAL INVOICE is required to claim any warranty.
Warranty items are received & delivered from 10:00 AM to 4:00PMAll items once sold from the shop, if brought back for any reason even on the same day will be considered as warranty item. Strictly no hand to hand replacement.We will assume that if you order products from us, you have read the above, understand and agree to it. 
Ordering

You may place your order online, by phone, or by visiting our office. However, the order is processed only once we receive 100% payment against it. Warranty
In an event that there is a manufacturer defect, you can send it to Acom for warranty claim. When sending the product for warranty claim, please make a note of the following:Include the original packing slip and original invoice issued when the product was deliveredBefore you ship the product’s to us, make sure to back up the data on the hard drives and any other storage devices in the products. Remove any confidential, proprietary, or personal information and removable media such as floppy disks, CDs, or PC Cards. We are not responsible for any of your confidential, proprietary, or personal information; lost or corrupted data; or damaged or lost removable media.Please package your returns carefully! Merchandise that is incomplete or damaged in return shipment may not be eligible for warranty.We recommend using an insured shipping method with tracking to ensure your package arrives safely at our warehouse.  
Warranty does not cover:Less than 11 dead pixels in the screen.Battery timing, battery functionality and Power Adapter functionality.Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the performance and usability of the product.Any software programs, whether pre-loaded or shipped with the product, or installed subsequently.Failure resulting from misuse, user neglect, accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, or improper maintenance by user.Any damage due to non-branded, unknown products integrated or added afterwards, including those that have been produced by the original manufacturer.
